RON GABEL, GENERAL MANAGER - CCWS
Ron joined the CCWS team in March, 2006, after nineteen years as the Plan Manager of Diageo's winery in Paicines.
He brought with him extensive background in operations, maintenance and engineering as well as previous relationships with many of the team members at the CCWS. All of these factors allowed him to hit the road running from the day he started at the winery. |

Ron’s formal education includes graduating from Illinois Institute of Technology with a BS in Chemical Engineering.
After short stints making vegetable oil and instant coffee, he has spent the bulk of his career in the wine industry.
Ron and his wife, Mary, live in San Luis Obispo.
For relaxation, he enjoys fishing, hiking, gardening and skiing. |
